Detalhes dão trabalho. E muito. / Details are troublesome. A lot.

Foi um dia dedicado ao pé do mastro e a corrigir a união do compensado do painel de fundo que não havia ficado boa. A união foi rápido de desfazer e refazer. Já o pé do mastro....é detalhado e trabalhoso.

O ângulo de corte para a união com a antepara A é de 97 graus. Cortar com serra tico-tico com esta precisão é tarefa impossível. Mas com um pouco de paciência cheguei perto e no final achei o resultado satisfatório.

Um pouco antes da colagem:

It was a day dedicated to the foot of the mast and fix the union of the plywood bottom panel that had not been good. The union was quick to undo and redo. On the contrary the mast foot .... is detailed and laborious.  

The cutting angle for union with the bulkhead is 97 degrees. Cut with hacksaw with this precision is impossible task. But with a little patience I got near and found the results satisfactory. Shortly before bonding:

Terminei de laminar as peças que formarão o leme (cabeça e madre) e a bolina lateral. Laminação é o nome fresco que se dá ao colar as lâminas de compensado neste caso. Cortei também o colar do mastro que será fixado futuramente.

Finished laminating the pieces that form the rudder (head and womb) and leeboard. Lamination is the name given to paste blades. Also cut the collar of the mast that will be fixed in future.

Aproveito para informar que o blog ficará um tempo sem atualização, já que a construção está temporariamente suspensa por um bom motivo: meu descanso anual remunerado.
